MnD work nationwide with DW Fitness Clubs to install, improve and maintain functional areas.

Patrington Haven Leisure Park

MnD Floors worked with Patrington Haven Leisure Park on their studio – they wanted to change a normal dance studio in to a bespoke functional area.

We worked closely with the personal trainers so that we could maximise their space and give them an area where there customers could benefit from either group training or just a one-on-one.

Help for Heroes – Tedworth House & Catterick Garrison

At Tedworth House, MnD Floors uplifted the existing heavy duty tiles and a DPM and smoothing compound was installed to prepare the subfloor ready to receive new floor covering.

MnD Floors installed a 24mm one level training surface surrounding the sunk in inlaid platforms, built up with a variety of shock pads for different disciplines in different areas of the room: a harder one for the free weights area and a softer one for walkways and stretch areas.

A plyometric track in the middle completes the compendium of training options in this, the ultimate strength and conditioning facility.

As a chosen contractor for Help for Heroes we recently completed a very similar project at Catterick Garrison (the last picture in the slideshow).

David Lloyd Fitness Centres

David Lloyd’s is one of the UK’s biggest chain of health and fitness clubs.

MnD Floors uplifted the existing flooring covering and installed a smoothing compound to prepare the subfloor ready to receive new floor covering.

MnD Floors then installed approximately 250 square metres of 10mm sport flooring rubber, line-marked with their custom design and accompanied by a functional compass, before installing an MnD Sports Carpet Track.
